1. Who we are

Somos Fútbol USA ("Somos," "we") is operated by WEOLKN LLC, a Utah limited liability company. Contact: events@somosfutbolusa.com.

2. What we collect

• On this website: we do not create user accounts and do not process payments. Our contact form for clubs sends your message directly to our email and stores nothing on this site.
• Through our registration platform (Thryvyng): when you create an account or register for an event, Thryvyng collects name, contact details, player information (including date of birth), emergency contacts, and payment information. See Thryvyng's own privacy policy at https://thryvyng.com/privacy.
• Photos and video: events may be photographed or recorded for promotional use. Consent is collected at registration.

3. Children's information

Our programs serve minor athletes. Information about players under 18 is provided by a parent or legal guardian, who consents on the minor's behalf at registration. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

4. How we use information

To operate events and programs, communicate with families, coordinate travel and club placements, process registrations, and promote our programs (photos/video with consent).

5. Sharing

We share player information only with: (a) the clubs and program partners involved in an event or placement the player registered for, (b) insurance providers when coverage is part of a program, and (c) service providers who operate our platform. We do not sell personal information.

6. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or withdraw photo consent, by emailing events@somosfutbolusa.com.

7. Changes

We will post updates to this policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
