1. Who we are

This website, somosfutbolusa.com (the "Site"), is operated by WEOLKN LLC, a Utah limited liability company, doing business as Somos Fútbol USA ("Somos," "we"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

2. What this Site is — and is not

The Site presents our programs: international trips and camps, scouting events, tournaments, club residencies, and player development services. The Site itself does not create accounts, take payments, or process registrations. Registration and payment happen on our partner platform, Thryvyng, or on an event's own registration site, each under its own terms, which you accept separately at registration.

3. Program information

We work to keep program details (dates, locations, prices, spots) accurate, but they may change. The details confirmed at registration on the registration platform control over anything shown on this Site.

4. Eligibility and minors

Our programs serve minor athletes. Any registration, consent, or agreement concerning a player under 18 must be made by that player's parent or legal guardian.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

Somos connects players with clubs, scouts, and development opportunities. We do not and cannot guarantee selection, placement, signing, playing time, or any sporting or professional outcome.

6. Assumption of risk and waivers

Participation in sports carries inherent risk. Participation in any Somos program requires a signed liability waiver and, where applicable, program-specific terms, provided at registration. Nothing on this Site is a waiver or replaces one.

7. Insurance

Where a program includes insurance, coverage is provided by a licensed third-party insurance provider and appears as a line item in the program cost. Somos coordinates coverage; Somos is not an insurer.

8. Intellectual property

The Somos name, logo, and Site content belong to WEOLKN LLC or its licensors. Club names and crests belong to their clubs and appear with permission or as factual references.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no scraping, no false contact submissions, no attempts to breach security.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEOLKN LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. This section does not limit rights that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Utah.
